With a clear understanding of your needs, we create new floor plan concepts that balance functionality, aesthetics, and lifestyle. These take into account your requirements as well as the site context. Concepts are presented for feedback, and refined until approval is reached to progress further.

Once the floor plan is finalised, we move into material development. Here, our team curates a comprehensive material and finishes palette — from flooring and joinery to paint colours, tiles, and fittings. This gives you a cohesive vision of how your new or renovated home will look and feel.

To ensure clarity and precision, we prepare comprehensive drawings and specifications, which may include:
