The award-winning Canberra office of the Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) marks the culmination of more than a decade of collaboration and careful planning. Conceived not only as a workplace, but as the organisation’s national headquarters, the fitout reflects CASA’s long-term investment in creating an environment that supports the health, wellbeing, and productivity of its people.

The design draws on years of research into workplace culture and performance, resulting in a space that is vibrant, inclusive, and welcoming. Every detail within the 6600sqm space—from spatial planning to material selection—was considered to ensure the headquarters embodies CASA’s values while setting a benchmark for modern workplace design. More than a functional office, this project represents a forward-thinking hub that fosters connection, collaboration, and innovation for the CASA team.
